Hi, I'm Philipp Heinzelmann

Not only the what,
but also the why matters.

Most training focuses on physiology and relaxation. Both matter. But the piece that actually unlocks performance is confidence. Knowing your body well enough to trust it under pressure. That's what most courses skip.

Beginners and advanced divers have different problems. The solution is the same: understand what's actually happening, and train it with intention.

Breaking 3

Most freedivers plateau around 90 seconds. This program builds the CO₂ tolerance, relaxation response, and mental framework to break the 3 minute barrier. Structured daily sessions, no pool required.

Breath Hold · Intermediate Coming Soon

Breaking 5

Five minutes is where recreational breath-hold becomes something else entirely. This program assumes you can already hit 3 minutes and systematically dismantles the physiological and psychological ceiling above it.
